The Charles D. Berry Foundation is committed to high standards that require honesty, integrity and fairness. The Charles D. Use of Site by Minors
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) and, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 18. Persons under eighteen are not authorized to use this Site.

From time to time we may use email as a way to keep in touch with our Site visitors; however, we do not send “spam” (unsolicited marketing e-mail). If at any time you decide you do not want to receive marketing email from us, simply let us know and we will remove your name and email address from our mailing list.
